About Martins Dancewear

Martins Dancewear is based in Eltham, Victoria and is Australia’s leading tutu manufacturer.

 

Established in 1958, Martins Dancewear started their beginnings as a dancewear retailer in the City of Melbourne and then progressively developed the manufacture of tutus for the Australian dancewear industry.

 

Martins Dancewear produces their tutus from premium quality fabrics imported from Italy, as well as other products produced from other countries.

 

Our tutus are Australian made and our workmanship is guaranteed.

Returns and Exchanges

Martins Dancewear will accept the return or exchange of clothing and shoes provided they are returned in their original ‘as new’ condition. Therefore you will need to make sure the item is returned with all original tickets attached to the garment and original packaging. If the item returned does not meet these requirements it will be returned to you and postage charges will be applied.

 

Fabric, tutus, tights and undergarments cannot be exchanged or returned unless the product is deemed faulty or incorrectly delivered.

 

If you would like to return, exchange or receive a refund we will require a copy of your purchase invoice and payment receipt to be accompanying the returned goods.

 

Cancellations

Can I cancel my tutu order?

Yes. To do so please send us an email to: info@martinsdancewear.com.au or call 03 9439 8928 providing your name, address and order number.

If you wish to cancel an order you must cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Please check your order carefully and make sure all details are correct.

Freight charges are refundable if the goods supplied are deemed faulty or incorrectly delivered. In all other circumstances freight charges are non-refundable.

The exchange of any item will be at the cost of the customer so you will need to arrange for the product to be delivered back to us and then you will be recharged for redelivery.

We strongly recommend you insure your return shipment as Martins Dancewear will not be responsible for any lost or stolen parcels.

Please allow up to 14 days for the processing of returns, exchanges and refunds.

As all orders are double checked prior to despatch, should an error occur, please inform us within 48 hours from the receipt of the order.

What if an item is sold out or on back order?

In the event that the item you have ordered is sold out or on back order, you will be notified with the expected time frame of when the item will be available.

Payment

Martins Dancewear accepts the following methods of payment via Eway,

. Visa and Mastercard

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST. The prices within the online store do not include any relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur. For overseas customers, your credit card will be charged in Australian dollars and converted into the relevant currency by your financial institution.

Freight Information and Charges

Australia

Our preferred freight carrier, Australia Post will deliver your order to your nominated delivery address. As all parcels are classified as Receipted Delivery your signature will be required, therefore we recommend you provide an address that will be convenient for parcel delivery ie: workplace. If no one is at home or available at the time of delivery your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office for collection and a calling card will be left.  Sorry no COD’s.

 

Please allow between 3-7  working days for the delivery of clothing, shoes, accessories and fabric.

Please allow between 14-21 working days for tutu orders.  When placing your order please advise our office when you will  require delivery of your tutu.

 

 

Overseas

Martins Dancewear will forward your parcel with Australia Post International, Express Post service. At the checkout the delivery costs will be calculated for you.

 

How long does it take to deliver to New Zealand and overseas customers?

It will take up to fifteen working days for clothing, accessories and fabric.

Please allow between 14-21 working days for tutu orders. When placing your order please advise our office when you will require delivery of your tutu.

 

As all parcels are delivered by Registered Post, your signature will be required, therefore we recommend you provide an address that will be convenient. If no one is home or available at the time of delivery, local postal guidelines will apply. Sorry no COD’s.

Gift Vouchers

Martins Dancewear gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue and it is up to the voucher holder to use the full value of the voucher within the six month validity period. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the voucher expires. Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the available balance, the voucher recipient will be required to make up the difference between the purchase price and the gift voucher balance.
